Yueng-Hsiang (Emily) Huang, Ph.D., is a senior research scientist at Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety (LMRIS) in Hopkinton, MA. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology/ Systems Science from Portland State University. She conducts both laboratory and field research in areas such as occupational injury and accident prevention, and organizational culture and climate. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Huang is an associate editor of Accident Analysis and Prevention.
